• Engr. Mohsinul Azad is a Civil and Structural Engineering professional with over 15 years of professional experience in structural design, structural analysis, geotechnical design, structural coordination, design management, project engineering, and structural safety assessment. His experience combines academic teaching with extensive practical involvement in structural consultancy and engineering projects for government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations.
• He has been involved in the structural design and engineering of more than 500 multi-storied buildings, with and without basements, including residential, commercial, office, factory/industrial, institutional, and hospital facilities across Dhaka and other locations in Bangladesh. He has also contributed to the structural safety assessment of 30 industrial buildings.
• His selected project experience ranges from low-rise developments to significant multi-storied structures, including ICB HQ (initial) — B4+B3+B2+B1+G+39, United Group HQ, National Housing Authority developments, Royal Tower, and Qatar Charity Health Care Center, along with numerous residential, commercial, office, and industrial buildings.
• Through a combination of academic knowledge and practical engineering experience, he focuses on delivering safe, efficient, economical, and code-compliant structural solutions.
