Bangladesh University Sports Club was established in 2011 as a structured, multi-sport organisation representing Bangladesh University in national and international competitions. The club fields teams in Cricket, Football, and Badminton — and has built a strong track record of competitive achievements over the years.
The club emphasises talent development, blending national-level athletes with university students to foster high-performance teams. Through both domestic and international exposure, Bangladesh University Sports Club has cemented its reputation as a leading university sports organisation in the country.
Today, five Bangladesh University students are active Bangladesh national-team cricketers, making Bangladesh University one of the most prolific nurseries for cricket talent among Bangladeshi universities.
