Senior Lecturer
Mumtahina Tahsin Lima is an academic in the field of Business Administration and Human Resource Management with several years of experience in higher education. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Dinajpur. Her academic background provides a strong foundation for her engagement in business and management education.
Academic Experience
Mumtahina Tahsin Lima has been serving as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Bangladesh University since 25 November 2025. Prior to her current position, she served as a Lecturer in the same department from 1 August 2022 to 24 November 2025. Earlier, she served as a Part-Time Lecturer from 8 March 2020 to 31 July 2022.
Through her continued academic engagement, she contributes to business and management education, classroom teaching, student development, and academic activities. Her specialization in Human Resource Management further supports her engagement with contemporary organizational and people-management concepts, helping students develop a practical understanding of business and management.
